My obsession started with a simple goal: to create the ultimate heavyweight cookie. I’m talking large, fat, and unapologetically thick treats that leaves you with that stuffed feeling. I spent countless hours in my kitchen perfecting a bake that delivers that golden, crispy outer shell, while keeping the center incredibly soft and gooey.
